I'm still alive! .... I know that i've been out of the blog-world for quite a long time but I'm very busy, indeed. Plus my daily work at home (homemaker) mother to 3, hubby and animals ... I'm studying too.

Estoy viva! ... Ya se que he estado fuera del mundo bloggeril por bastante tiempo, pero, estoy muy ocupada. Además de mis tareas diarias como ama de casa, madre de 3, marido y los animales ... También estoy estudiando.

Fácil de hacer, delicioso para tomar ... Easy to make delicious to sip

Masala Chai es un delicioso té de la india con especias y té. Para quién quiera probarlo aquí pongo la receta (para 1 taza) para más tazas, simplemente, doblar cantidades.

1 rama de canela
2 cardamomos verdes (especia)
2 granos de pimienta negra
1 clavo (de especia)
1/2 cucharadita de gengibre - pelado y cortado -
1 pieza de anís (especia)
2 bolsitas de té
miel o azúcar
1 taza de agua
media taza de leche

Poner el agua, leche y todas las especias a hervir. Retirar del fuego y dejar reposar 10 minutos. Añadir el té y el azúcar o miel (al gusto). Poner otra vez a hervir (sólo unos minutos). Retirar del fuego, colar y .... a disfrutar!....


Masala Chai is a delicious indian tea with spices and tea. For those of you that what to try here is the recipe (for 1 cup) for more cups just doble the recipe.

1 cinnamon stick
2 green cardamom
2 black pepper
1 clove
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger - pealed and slice -
1 star anise
2 tea bags
honey or milk
1 cup water
1/2 cup milk

Bring water, milk and spices to boil. Take off heat and step 10 minutes. Add tea and sugar or honey. Bring to boil again - for a few minutes -. Strain and serve and ... enjoy!!.....

Aquí continuo con el ordenador sin arreglar y usando otro (que me han prestado) en el que no tengo fotos, etc... pero con el que al menos puedo escribir, jejeeje....

Pues si, siento agradecimiento, después de unos meses complicados - murió la madre de mi marido, he tenido un esguince de 3º grado, del que me ha costado 4 meses recuperarme (aunque no puedo correr mucho ni andar por largo tiempo) y complicaciones con el tiroides, hoy, y  a pesar de todo, estoy agradecida a Dios por sus cuidados y contenta. La vida es corta y hay que aprovecharla lo mejor que podamos, y vivirla con propósito..

Y bueno, al no tener el ordenador a mano pues tengo mas tiempo para leer, pintar y disponer de un poco mas de tiempo libre, pero se echa de menos el no poder usar el ordenador con la misma frecuencia.

A mis amigas tejedoras - no me olvido de vosotras - os digo que lo tengo un poco abandonado y mas con este calor que hace por estas tierras de Alicante. Espero que ahora cuando llegue el frío comience otra vez con las agujas y la lana ;) aunque yo soy una principiante en esto, no como vosotras que sois unas expertas.

A mis amigas pintoras seguir pintando y realizando manualidades. Yo sigo pintando ;)

Here i'm with my computer still down to be fix and using other that's not mine and one that i don't have pictures in, etc... but at least i can  write with, jjejeeeje...

Why, yes, i'm feeling grateful after many complicated months - my mother-in-low died, i'd sprained my ankle (3º grade) that took me 4 months to recover from (though i still can´t run much or walk for long time) and i'm having complications with my thyroid. Eventhough i'm grateful to God for his mercy and because he takes care of me and mine. Life is short and we should take the most of and live it with purpose.

Well, the good thing of not to have my computer at hand is that i've got more free time to read, paint and more time for myself too.  Truth be said i do miss the computer because i can't use it more frecuently to keep in touch with friends, etc...

To my knitting friends - i haven't forget you - i'm not knitting now because of the hot weather dow here  - as you know we live in a beach zone and there's so much humidity and it's a very hot weather to keep on with knitting so i hope to return to the needles by winter  time - but i'm just a beginer on this matter not as you that are wonderful knitters.

To my painting friends keep painting and practicing your crafts. I'm painting too ;)

COMPUTER CRASH - ORDENADOR AVERIADO

My computer thought she needs some vacations ;) - so is closed for repairs - that's why i'm not posting. The repairman doesn't even know when it will be ready so ..... patience is been practice down here ...

My ordenador piensa que necesita vacaciones ;) - está cerrada por reparación - esa es la razón por la que no escribo en el blog. El técnico no sabe cuando estará arreglada, por esto... la paciencia es una práctica aquí ...
